Lee is my “go to” person when undertaking “other at risk systems” risk assessments by getting these complex reports produced on time, often to tight deadlines. Lee has a keen eye for detail and will pick up any slight mistakes and is proactive in getting them rectified with no fuss. This ensures customer satisfaction and saves time when quality checking reports. In addition, Lee works closely with us on a specific contract which has a 100% QC process in place; again amendments are dealt with promptly which helps maintain the excellent working relationship with the client. Lee has extensive knowledge of all types of legionella RAs. He has trained many new staff members to a very high standard. He completes the specialised, more complex risk assessments to a very high standard, often to very tight deadlines. Lee has received a lot of praise from various managers but, I think he deserves to be recognised as Employee of the Month for his continuous hard work. (Kirsty)
