“Danny constantly goes above and beyond every day, week and month for us as a company and our clients. Danny works so many hours to ensure all breakdowns and works are completed and our clients are happy with his work. For the past month Danny has consistently worked over and above his hours to ensure works are complete / surveys are completed for future works and covers all call outs.
As an example, Danny was asked to install a new calorifier for one of my clients and the electrics were configured wrong. Danny not being an electrician found an external solution to the problem and worked over and above and thought outside the box with major obstacles placed in front of him and ensured the work was completed and fully o perational so that all tenants had hot water. Danny finished very late that night, but was still on site at the normal time the following morning to start that day’s works.
Danny never complains or gripes about any of the work scheduled for him and just completes everything professionally and to a very high standard.
If there was an award for employee of the year, I believe Danny would be right up there to claim it!”
