Peer Recognition – Spiros Procopiou
We are proud to have such a fantastic team of people at HSL and one of the things that stands out is the level of peer recognition. Our team are regularly giving one another a pat on the back, bringing acts of kindness and instances of going the extra mile for one another to our attention.
Our HR Administrator, Lauren Boseley recently contacted one of our new starters – Shahid Ali to see how he was settling in. Shahid kindly drew our focus to one of our Compliance Champions – Spiros Procopiou, who has been helping Shahid in his new role at HSL. Here’s what he had to say:
“Thank you for asking. I’ve only had one whole week with Spiros due to Bank Holidays and annual leave. I believe I need one more whole week just to get more hands on experience with certain services. Spiros has been very patient with me and has explained with great detail on procedures on different aspects of the work I will encounter during different inspections. I am still learning a great deal from him and really appreciate the time and effort he is putting into my training”
