Jem does so much behind the scenes and always goes the extra mile to be helpful. She has massively changed the way our customers view HSL Compliance via social media with many of my customers now commenting how current and engaging our posts are.
Jem often posts weekly quizzes, all in her own time, which takes up her Friday evenings. This has also increased staff morale and got many engaged and chatting. Jem has purchased many prizes and small rewards for staff and their families for content provided to use on social media.
Jem will celebrate her 15th year of employment this year with HSL! She is a total wealth of knowledge regarding the Company and always makes time to respond to a query or help out even if this means doing some work after the normal working day.
She has a great relationship with many clients and is often asked after at meetings albeit virtual ones for the past year.
