“My administrator was on site with Tom and we always like to give credit where credit is due. We have had no less than 6 residents (may even be more) come into the office over the last day to say how great Tom was this week. Genuinely all positive feedback from the residents saying how he was very nice, accommodating and went above and beyond for some. Plus also having not seen many people because of this pandemic, they were probably appreciate of a friendly face. We also had a situation where someone’s shower hose needed changing and he helped us do this – otherwise the shower would have been unusable. Please pass on our thanks, especially in this very difficult time.“
