Water Softeners
Water softeners are utilised to reduce scale by eliminating harmful minerals from the water before it has chance to reach the outlets or plant equipment.
These can be on varying scales, from small domestic systems to large scale industrial installations. To ensure their continued working efficiency they must be serviced in accordance with manufacturers guidance, typically every 6 or 12 months. However, it is also good practice to have a basic understanding of the functions they are performing and the component parts for more regular visual checks.
Most industrial water systems will have water softeners of some form or another installed to protect the efficiency and life span of their plant equipment against scaling.
We can provide full management and guidance on water softeners, from full installation or repair to servicing and fault diagnosis.
