On what is said to be the saddest day of the year, our fantastic HR team made sure spirits were lifted within the HSL Compliance offices!
Not only did we treat today as a dress down day, we asked our team to wear colours – we brought in treats and balloons to decorate our Head Office in Ross on Wye! We also encouraged our team to use their breaks wisely by taking a socially distanced walk with their colleagues.
A special thank you to the fantastic Rachel Woodley who went to great efforts to help lift everybody’s mood today. During her own time Rachel put together numerous gift bags for the Ross team, including a piece of fruit, a tea bag, chocolate bar, lollipop, inspirational quote and some puzzles. Rachel also ensured every set of desks had a small bouquet of flowers to brighten each room up. Thank you very much Rachel, your kind efforts were a lovely surprise and greatly appreciated by all.
