“We had one of your guys yesterday to carry out water sample testing and I felt it only right to email you this morning to compliment him – his name is Ash Wright. He was very professional, but at the same time very friendly and approachable. I also had feedback from a couple of residents whose properties he went into to carry out testing and they also made comments of how nice and genuine he was.
This is always appreciated on estates by residents – he was not our normal guy but hopefully would be attending again in the future or any other estate that I manage.
I would appreciate very much if you would pass on my comments to him and if HSL has Employee of the Month or any other scheme in operation then I believe Ash should be recognised!”
