Employee of the Month (February) – Kiran Mazumder

Congratulations to our first placed winner – Kiran Mazumder!

Kiran was nominated by Paul Taylor after he received the below customer compliment:

I would just like to bring to your attention that last week whilst attending to do the tenant checks, Kiran spotted a massive leak coming through the ceilings of two floors. We identified that there was a disabled bath that was not commissioned but, was able to find itself full of water and overflowing. Kiran, without hesitation, emptied the bath using an old, metal waste bin and saved a lot more water from going through to the floors below.

I have always found Kiran such a lovely person who represents hsl Compliance in such a professional manner. On this occasion, he has gone over and above in his line of duty and for that I am very grateful.

I would like this to go on Kiran’s records and for him to get recognition for his outstanding act of kindness.
