Turnkey project management

Our turnkey projects team provide an accurate interpretation of client requirements including design and costing manufacture and equipment procurement for turnkey ventilation projects to the healthcare, pharmaceutical, commercial and manufacturing sectors.

We constantly challenge traditional and accepted ways of working and push the boundaries of design for manufacture. Collaborative working is at the core of every project which ensures that we collectively drive success

Operating theatre installation

Our operating theatre installation team have been involved in designing and building operating theatres for the NHS and private healthcare sectors since 1992.

We are at the forefront of the design, build and installation of operating theatres including critical care units and TSSUs, with a reputation for quality of service  – ensuring we deliver on time, every time.

• Survey and condition reports

Clerks of Works 

Our Clerks of Works service is designed to represent the interests of the client in ensuring the quality of works they are undertaking are in accordance with the design information, specification and engineering drawings to recognised standards.

We provide an independent assessment of works undertaken and produce regular reports and dialogue with design team, contractor and client.

Reports typically include significant points, quality control and witnessing, site progress and activities, commenting on documentation and drawings, comments made to the construction team, defects and progress photographs.

The weekly report includes any site meetings attended by our site staff, reporting of potential risks and the inclusion of our ‘defects and observation tracker’ which is uniquely numbered to easily identify the defect and/or observations.

It’s important to us that the highest quality standard is achieved on your construction projects, with the aim of ensuring that doing it right first time is the only option.

Our duties include:

• Performing regular inspections of the work on site and comparing completed work with drawings and specifications
• Measuring and sampling building materials to check their quality
• Recording results
• Identifying defects and suggesting ways to correct them
• Liaising with other construction staff, such as contractors, engineers and surveyors
• Monitoring and reporting progress to construction managers, architects and clients
