All staff undertake BOHS proficiency modules dependent on discipline – P401 (Bulk Identification), P402 (Surveying and Sampling), P403 (Fibre Counting), P404 (Air Monitoring and 4 Stage Clearance), P405 (Removal Management), P406 (Removal Supervision) or S301 Asbestos and Other Fibres. Senior staff may have progressed to Certified Competent Person status, becoming Associate Members of the Faculty of Occupational Hygiene. Competency is judged by experience over time, qualification(s) and regular audits.
Following identification of asbestos we have extensive experience in the project management of its removal and have overseen this process for many clients, producing detailed removal specifications, escorting contractors to site to price works and as a supervisory presence to witness smoke tests, carry out air monitoring and clearance procedures and ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with current HSE guidance.
All data collected by HSL Compliance is accessible to our clients via our bespoke online portal. This offers 24/7 access to data in a fully searchable and filterable, room led format. Our portal also provides an intuitive management dashboard and fully auditable user log, allowing clients to ensure asbestos information has been suitably reviewed prior to any works commencing.
HSL Compliance design bespoke asbestos management plans and produce policies in accordance with relevant legislation, ensuring that our customers remain compliant. Plans and policies can be reviewed as required by changes to legislation.
