Environmental Water Services
Groundwater & Surface Water Sampling
Our team provides independent field sampling and testing of groundwater, surface water, and specialist water matrices using industry-leading methodology and equipment.
We conduct monitoring well sampling at specified frequencies and depths, aquifer testing, and groundwater characterisation to support contamination investigation or remediation verification.
For surface water, we sample rivers, streams, reservoirs, and coastal waters using established protocols and specialist equipment, including powerboat-certified operators for difficult-access sampling.
We employ advanced field techniques including multi-parameter probe testing (pH, conductivity, dissolved oxygen), low-flow sampling for sample integrity, volatile organic compound (VOC) sampling for contamination assessment, and gas analysis where required. All sampling is conducted in compliance with Environment Agency guidance and industry standards.
Our technicians hold CSCS or equivalent qualifications, with specialist training in environmental monitoring and field sampling procedures. Every sample and test includes GPS location, date/time logging, and full chain of custody documentation for regulatory submissions, environmental impact assessment, or development support. We work with environmental consultants, developers, remediation contractors, and site operators to deliver reliable data for decision-making.

Comprehensive monitoring and testing of wastewater from industrial operations and treatment facilities to ensure compliance with environmental permits and protect public health.

Routine leachate monitoring and compliance testing at landfill and waste facilities, with assessment against permit conditions and recommendations for treatment or system improvements.

We help clients across the UK navigate environmental planning and regulatory requirements for new developments, industrial operations, manufacturing facilities, and infrastructure projects.
