We provide legionella monitoring works which are fully compliant with ACoP L8 and HSG274 Part 2: The control of legionella bacteria in hot and cold water systems as well as HTM04-01 guidance in Healthcare premises

We can undertake the full range of required tasks with documented monthly, quarterly, six monthly and annual visits. The monitoring that we normally undertake as a minimum is detailed below, however the frequency can increase on any “at risk” properties.

We have over 200 trained water technicians across the UK, currently providing water quality monitoring across all types of properties in both the public and private sector, including healthcare.

All their work is carried out on PDA electronic devices and data from their visits is uploaded in real time to the client portal. The PDAs hold all the standards required by ACoP L8 and HSG274 Part 2 to ensure complete consistency and accuracy. As soon as the visit is completed, the full service visit report is available to you on this.

Water quality monitoring covers all elements of your water system, our technicians will check the temperatures at various points within the system, inspect water tanks, calorifiers and water heaters for scale, sludge and water quality, testing and servicing thermostatic mixing valves (TMVs) as well as cleaning and descale shower heads, hoses, spray taps and spray nozzles, all in accordance with our documented processes.
