We are thrilled to share a wonderful project that we have had the privilege of contributing towards.
Lydbrook Primary School, in the Forest of Dean, were so inspired by Kate Middleton’s “Back to Nature” 2019 garden design, that they decided to create their own Wellbeing Garden. This project has taken months to achieve and has been spearheaded by teacher and Wellbeing Lead, Sophie Sprawson and her team of Wellbeing Ambassadors. Sophie involved the children every step of the way, from brainstorming design ideas, writing to local companies, collecting donations, clearing the site and planting flowers.
We donated large bean bags to enable the children to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
Jemma Heath and Lauren Boseley had the privilege of visiting the Wellbeing Garden to meet Sophie and the fantastic Wellbeing Ambassadors. They were so impressed with the confidence and enthusiasm of the children, who were eager to share the story of their fantastic project. The garden was officially opened by HRH Princess Anne!
We are extremely passionate about mental health and were delighted to support this fantastic school who share a similar ethos.
