Employee of the Month (May) – Lauren Boseley

Lauren deserves recognition for the work she puts into running our mental health and wellbeing campaigns. It started about a year ago when she asked the Directors if we, as a Company, were planning on doing anything for Mental Health Awareness Week and she was asked if she could take the lead and put something together. Lauren did this and it was such a success that it has snowballed from there.

A lot of work and research goes into Lauren’s posts and I believe they add great value. She solely does all of the posters and research for the mental health topics and I think she does a great job! Lauren also tries to get the whole Company involved in different activities, with her most recent idea being challenging the staff to get out in nature and create the HSL logo with items they find.
